Terms and Conditions

Participation in the giveaway organized by EQUUSIR Germany GmbH is free of charge and subject exclusively to these terms and conditions.

Competition Process

The giveaway runs during the period specified on the competition card. During this time, participants can enter the competition at the respective trade fair.

Participation

To participate in the competition, the form must be filled out completely and submitted. Entries received after the participation period will not be considered.

• Each participant is allowed only one entry.
• The use of multiple email addresses, entry forms, or social media profiles to increase chances of winning is prohibited.

Eligibility

The following are eligible to participate:

• Natural persons residing in the EU.
• Individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Exceptions: Employees of the organizer and those involved in the execution of the competition, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of manipulation, violations of the terms and conditions, or false information.

Prizes, Notification, and Delivery

Prize: A BIOS Blanket for a horse or dog.

Selection: Winners will be drawn randomly after the competition ends. If the competition includes a task, only participants who correctly complete the task will be entered into the drawing.

Notification: Winners will be notified via email and through a post on Facebook and Instagram.

Delivery: The prize will only be delivered to the winner. Exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible. The winner is responsible for any shipping costs.

Deadline: If a winner does not respond within 2 weeks after two notifications, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

Termination of the Competition

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and for good reason. This applies particularly in cases of technical issues or disruptions that affect the competition's process.

Data Protection

Personal data is required for participation. Participants confirm that their information is truthful and accurate.

Data Use: The data collected will be used solely for conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except for EQUUSIR Germany GmbH for managing the competition. Data may also be used to send a monthly newsletter.

Withdrawal: Participants can withdraw their consent at any time in writing. Upon withdrawal, the stored data will be deleted immediately.

Publication: Winners agree to have their name and residence published on the organizer's media (website and social media) in case of a win.

Applicable Law

The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. A legally permissible provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision shall replace it.
