Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Return Policy

At EQUUSIR Germany GmbH, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Condition of the Products: The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or order confirmation.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Inform us within 14 days of receiving the product about your wish to return it by emailing shop@equusir.com or calling +49 9605 9199 585.
  2. Return Instructions: After contacting us, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the products.
  3. Return Shipping: Send the products to the specified return address. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days after we receive the return.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EQUUSIR Germany GmbH, Paul-Engel-Str. 1, 92729 Weiherhammer, Email: shop@equusir.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you find that the product does not meet your expectations, simply contact us at info@equusir.com. We will immediately take care of your satisfaction or arrange a return of your BIOS order.
