EQUUSIR Germany GmbH ships within Germany and to selected international countries. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Weiherhammer.
2. Shipping Costs
a) Shipping within Germany:
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are automatically displayed during the checkout process.
- Express Shipping: Shipping costs are automatically displayed during the checkout process.
b) International Shipping:
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.
3. Delivery Times
a) Standard Shipping:
- Delivery time within Germany: 2-5 business days
- Delivery time for international orders: 5-14 business days, depending on the destination country
b) Express Shipping:
- Delivery time within Germany: 1-2 business days
4. Shipping Providers
We ship our products with reliable shipping providers such as DHL, UPS, or a similar provider.
5. Shipment Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.
6. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is currently not available. All orders are delivered directly to your home or to another address you provide.
7. International Shipping and Customs
a) For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
b) We recommend that you check with the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country about potential additional costs before placing your order.
8. Delivery Address and Package Reception
a) Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays.
b) If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification card with further instructions.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
a) If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately using the contact information below.
b) Please have your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage ready to speed up the process.
